Go through the online form and put in all the details and after almost a week get a robotic response titled to ‘dear values customer’, I mean the automated script isn’t even clever enough to scrape your name off the complaint form!!!! Then it tells you how to connect the device, like I haven’t tried this a hundred times already. So my ditto will not attach to the remote and will only synch to the app every 1 out of 10 times, so you can imagine the frustration of trying to use this product. I purchased a we-vibe ditto just over a couple weeks ago, please do not buy this or any other we-vibe product they are so substandard it is laughable.
